Film about Cistercian monks wins award at Cannes Festival
Of Gods and Men, a film about seven Cistercian monks who were martyred in Africa in the 1990s, just won the Cannes’ film festival’s second highest honor. Directed by the French director Xavier Beauvois, the film is in French and Arabic. I look forward to its release in North America.
