About the Daughters of St. Paul

The Daughters of St. Paul are a community of religious women who seek to communicate Christ Jesus through their lives and every available form of media. Founded in 1915 by Blessed James Alberione in Italy, the sisters arrived in the USA in 1932. We are about 2500 sisters in over 50 countries around the world.

Blessed James Alberione gave us a dynamic and Eucharistic spirituality that is based on Saint Paul’s passion for Christ: “That Christ may live in me.” We make the three vows of chastity, poverty, and obedience, live in community, and pray about three hours daily (including participating at Mass and a daily Hour of Adoration). Our relationship with Christ nurtures us as communicators who seek to radiate Christ’s love in all we are and do.

  1. Hi! You have a nice website here! I was wondering about how Sr. Carmen Christi is. Does she have an e-mail address? Just wondering. It was always nice to hear from her. Hope you have a blessed week and may God bless you and all the Sisters too.

  2. Sister,
I am hoping you can give me a lead. I have a postcard of an icon entitled Mother of God”Orant” of Jaroslavi 2-13 and has St Paul Multimedia Productions on the back.

Do you know wher I could get a copy of the icon or a print of it about 111/2″x8″?
thank you for any suggestions you may have.
    Have a great day.
    Peace,
    Sr Celeste

    • Dear Sr. Celeste,

So nice to hear from you.

May I ask–where are you? Then I can refer you to one of our centres. Are you here in Canada (in which case I’ll look for you myself), or are you in the US? St. Paul Multimedia is the production name of our sisters in Great Britain, and we try to carry as much of their materials as we can, but we don’t have everything. If we don’t have it on this side of the pond, you could check with them… So just let me know where you are and I’ll give you the best person to contact.

Thanks for understanding about the delay. I’ve been traveling and sometimes my blog suffers a bit…

      God bless,
      Sr. Marie Paul

  3. I found your wonderful apps by mistake while browsing on iTunes. I wrote in healing and your apps came up. I read them tonight and the darkness despair surrounding me lifted a little. Thank you. Josephine

    • Josephine,
I’m so pleased that you are enjoying our healing apps, and finding them helpful. At time, all of us find ourselves in dark places. It’s so important to know that we are not alone and that we are loved.

If you have a moment, please post a review on iTunes!

      God bless you!
